 | Chosen Regent: Ignicio A large courtyard located in the centre of the mansion filled with flowers and plants of Ignicio's choosing. In the centre of the courtyard is a large fountain surrounded by lush, green grass. The Elder's favourite flower in the courtyard is the large bush of Moonflowers that the two of them planted together when they first arrived.

| Chosen Regent: Aleksandr The Astronomy Tower is the best place to view the stars in the whole mansion. Come here to view the beautiful constellations and spend some quiet time alone or with a friend.

| During the day the mansion is now a beehive of activity. A construction site. Human workers pass back and fourth into the back yard - making a mess, making noise, gossiping and slacking off. But most importantly: building. A section of the mansion is being built for your comfort. Enjoy it. Ignicio had to flirt with danger coughGiacintocough to get the permission for this endeavour.

| A large wooden building that houses all the horses that the coven members own. Less than half the stalls are occupied so there's plenty of room should you decide that you want your own horse.

| A small graveyard filled with the headstones of previous human inhabitants of the mansion. The bodies are no longer in the graves, but the ghosts still roll in to say hello sometimes.

| This is a two tier building that houses any type of vehicle the coven-members own. Truck, car, limo, bike. It's light-tight so if you get caught in here at sunrise you won't burn to a crisp

| Some vampires, for whatever reason, don't like feeding on humans. These forests are inhabited by a number of different animals for you to sink your fangs into.

| Giacinto has a rule about horse riding within the mansion grounds. Don't do it. No exceptions. But, to appease her coven, she allowed them to use the surrounding fields for horse riding and other purposes.

| A small private beach not too far away from the mansion. It's only a twenty minutes walk and the view is absolutely beautiful.
