The Horror of Shopping Empty
PostSubject: The Horror of Shopping   The Horror of Shopping EmptySat Aug 18, 2012 2:17 am

Jason glanced at the receipt in his hand for a split second, before grabbing the bags of clothes. All together, it cost just over one-hundred euros - which was almost nothing compared to what he normally spent in this shop. Normally, it was double, and only a sixth of what he normally spent.

At times like these, he really appreciated the amount of siblings he had. Or, at least, the ones he knew.

Before exciting the shop, a shirt caught his eye. Simple, and nicely cut. He hesitated, glancing around himself to find inspiration on his decision. As much as he likes the shirt, he really did not want to go cueing up again for just one item.

Damien groaned as he piled yet another t-shirt onto his arm. 50 euros for a t-shirt? Ridiculous.

It was rare that he actually went shopping, but, as usual, he had worn all his clothes over and over until they were threadbare and riddled with holes. He had even tried to patch a few, but he wasn't exactly the sewing type and the fabric had just fallen off after a couple of days.

He caught sight of a young... well, it could be a man or a woman, really, but from the lack of curves and the fact that this was a men's shop, he assumed it was a man. Drawing closer, he saw that it was Jace, and waved, yelling over to him, ignoring the glares of the passers-by.

"Hey, Jace!"

Diverting his attention away from the shirt, he looked around the crowd to try an spot whoever called his name. Noticing a tanned man wave at him, his face split into a bright smile, and he waved back, trying to but a face to the name.

Something in the back of his mind told him it was someone he fucked back at the mansion, rather then some random person in the city. He sniffed the air, recognising the slight scent of a lycan, mingled with the scents of humans. His grin stretched wider as he recognised it as Damien - the lycan he fucked at the beach.

"Ciao~" Jade eyes glanced down at the shirt in Damien's arms. "You shopping, too?"

Plucking the shirt out of Damien's arms, he held it against the other male, eyebrows furrowing slightly.

"Though, I don't think it suits you at all. Plus, it looks like it is a size to big." Flinging the shirt on top of the hook next to him, he grabbed Damien's hand and tugged him deeper into the shop.

"What types of clothes are you looking for?"

"Shopping? Is that the word? I would have gone for trawling through hell just looking for something to stop me from getting arrested for public indecency laws."

Damien sighed a little as Jace dragged him across the shop, looking back at the exit door sorrowfully.

It's something to wear, isn't it? he internally grumbled to himself.

He didn't understand the big deal about clothes. They were just something to cover up things you didn't want everyone to see. Why did they have to be glamorous?!

"Something clothing-like?!"

Jason rolled his eyes.

"Shopping is not that bad. It is kinda fun! Though, I do admit, they can be inconvenient."

His eyes flickered over Damien's body, for once not in an leering way.

"I guess you are not into flashy types of clothing? Though, I think some light coloured shirts will look nice on you? Maybe a teal? But I also think a red will look nice as well."

As he dragged the American Lycan though the shop, he picked up a few pairs of shirts and jeans, shrugging at there one-hundred plus price tags. More decent quality clothes lasted longer. Plus, they normally looked better on the person.

"This way~!" He hummed to the other male, dragging and shoving him into a changing room, following behind him. Taking a seat in the confined space, he sat and watched Damien expectantly, holding out the clothes to him.

Damien picked up the first shirt, heading straight for the price tag. He winced. Owch. But if it shut Jace up about colours and shades and fabrics and ughh...

He took his top off, sliding the shirt over his shoulders to button it up reluctantly. His eyes turned to the mirror and he shrugged.

"It's... a shirt."

Truth be told, he knew that it looked good on him. But he was stubborn and didn't want to admit to himself that Jace had won. Plus, the whole shopping thing made him feel quite unmanly.

Jason's tongue flicked over his lips as Damien undress, not so subtly looking at the flash of uncovered skin.

His eyes light up at the first shirt Damien put on, glancing away from the tanned skin as it was covered back up again. Grinning, he jumped in his seat a little, admiring how Damien looked.

"It's a shirt, but it looks good on you. Unlike the shirt you were about to put buy. How much did that cost again?"

Lees then the one he was wearing, for sure. But at least this one not only looked good on him, but also fitted him better and would last longer. Unless he felt the urge to go rolling in the mud.

Grabbing the next shirt, he shoved it against Damien.

"Put this one on next~!"

"That cost... let's see... an eighth of what this is." he grumbled, folding his arms stubbornly.

With the amount that he earned, plus the amount he transformed, he generally didn't spend much money on clothes. Generally there wasn't a lot of point when they would either end up torn or covered in slaughtered animal blood.

And tattooing wasn't exactly a lucrative business. Especially since he was mainly sleeping during the day now that he was nocturnal. He didn't spend much time at work any more.

Heaving a martyred sigh, he unbuttoned the shirt slowly, allowing it to fall down to pool around his ankles. On second thoughts, having seen that price, he quickly bent down to pick it up, putting it neatly on the coat hanger.

Slipping the other shirt on, he inspected himself in the mirror and made a face. No. No. Pink was most definitely not his thing. He felt like... an Action Man dressed in Barbie's clothes. Definitely, most definitely not.

Taking another not-so-subtle look at the now exposed skin, he grabbed the shirt from Damien and showed it on a hook separate for the rest of the clothing. Just so he knew what was in the buying pile, and what wasn't.

Waiting patiently, the smile soon returned in a form of a grin as he admired Damien's reflection.

"I think you should defiantly get this~!"

He turned Damien forcefully around to inspect him further, nodding and ignoring the Lycan's sour face.

Unbuttoning the shirt, he tried to tug it quickly off Damien.

"In the buy pile it goes~! And hurry up, I need to go to the other shops before they shut." He sighed woefully, dramatically putting his hand on his heart. "The terrible life of a vampire." Putting the pink shirt onto a hanger, he turned to the last shirt to give it to Damian.

He was a little iffy about this shirt. A soft yellow, but he was never keen on the color. But, he figured he might as well give it a try.

"No." Damien growled back.

He was not owning a pink shirt. Let alone wearing one. Let alone paying god-knows-how-much-money-you-have-got-to-be-shitting-me for it.

Shrugging the shirt off his shoulders, he relieved a sigh of relief. Much better. He didn't feel like he was going to apply for a Miss America pageant now.

He slipped the yellow shirt on, a little relieved at the lack of pink.

"It's yellow."

"Yes, you're right, it is yellow."

Glancing as Damien's reflection, he bit his lip a cocked his head in thought. It did not look bad on him, it did not wash him out or looked odd on him.

Humming, he shrugged and began to unbutton it.

"It looks okay - but it fits you the best out of the shirt, so we shall buy this one as well~!"

Leaving Damien to put them the shirt on the hanger, he turned to the Jeans. Biting his lip again, thinking of the amount of time he had, he figured Damien can just take them back if they did not fit.

Grabbing all the items of clothing, he tugged Damien out of the changing room, uncaring whether he was fully dressed our not.

"I'll pay for them~!" He sang, grinning at Damien before flashing a flirty smile at the cashier - a different one from before.

Glancing only a moment at the receipt, still uncaring of the price, he turned back towards Damien.

"Here." He shoved Damien's bags into his arms. "And you can hold mine as well." Handing over his own bags to Damien, he turned to briskly walk out of the shop to his next destination, his index finger wrapped around the belt loop of Damien's jeans to drag him along with him.

He took the shirt off, a little less hastily than the pink one, throwing it over the hanger in a haphazard sort of way. Just as his normal shirt was over one arm, he suddenly found himself being dragged out of the cloakroom.

He let out a yell of surprise, almost crashing into another customer and a shop assistant before falling over his own feet in front of the tills.

"What th-"

Scrambling back up to his feet, he cast a look that was half-glare, half-amused at Jace.

"The world isn't going to end right this moment, you kn-MFFF!"

His words were suddenly muffled by a never-ending mountain of bags... paper, plastic, cloth... Armani, Gucci, DKNY... He let out a sigh, allowing Jace to drag him along.

Humming happily to himself, he headed straight to the last shop he wanted to browse in tonight before they all closed. Unlike the last, it specialised in woman's clothing, rather then men's.

Like a kid in a candy-shop, he bounded over to the first thing that caught his eye, Damien in tow. A loose shirt, a faded American flag as the design. Something he could wear without a padding.

Throwing it into the Lycan's arms, he turned to the next piece of clothing he saw. And then the next. The pile in Damien's arms slowly growing. Or, at least he hopped. He was not paying much attention to the other male he was dragging around with him.

Stopping for a moment, he turned to look at the Lycan. Raising a eyebrow, he waited for a response to see how the other was.

Peering through the cracks of the mountain of bags, Damien could see that they were approaching a shop. A shop with a bright pink sign and a pair of high heels in the wi- Oh no.

Shopping for men was something vaguely tolerable. But this... THIS was the final circle of hell. What had he done to deserve this?!

He let out a squeak as he felt the pile gradually weighing down more and more on him, feeling his head get buried under something cloth-like. Most likely women's underwear, knowing his luck.

"Why don't you just hire a removal van?" he muttered to himself. "Or a slave."

Actually, come to think of it, that was probably his role in all this.

His face split into a grin at Damien's face, and also glad that he did not just leave the clothes around the shop, rather then carrying them.

"Because watching you suffer is more fun. Plus, you make a pretty good slave."

Bending down, he patted the back of Damien's knee, then turned to inspect a pair of high-heels. Wrinkling his nose, unsure on whether he liked them or not before he turned and whistled at Damien.

"This way, boy."

Grin still in place, he tugged at Damien's belt loop and headed towards the changing room, pulling Damien in with him, ignoring the cramped space.

Yes, just as he expected. Damien groaned, wobbling a little under the weight of the mountains of clothes and shoes and underwear and... God, I'm not sure what that even is...

"I'm going to get you back for this."

He flinched as Jace patted the back of his knee and moved his leg away quickly. Silver eyes watched Jace look at shoes exasperatedly through the cracks in the bags. How could anybody be quite so interested in the things that just stop your feet from getting cut up?! This thing really was beyond him.

His mood was rapidly plummeting and it did not help when Jace whistled at him.

"I'm not a dog." he growled.

But he allowed Jace to drag him into a changing room, heaving a sigh of relief as he dropped the bags all over the floor, crumpling to his knees.

"Thank fuck."

Ignoring the Lycan, Jason quickly stripped and began to try the clothes on. Posing and trying to look at his body at all angles in the small mirror, he hummed and arred at each piece of clothing. Offhandedly he asked for Damien's opinion - not listening for a reply, whether he gave one or not.

Fifteenth minutes later, he was still trying on the clothes. Some more then once, to see if they went well in different outfits.

Glancing down at the floor, a bright grin on his face, he poked Damien with the sharp heel of his shoe.

"What do you think of this one?" He asked, for one final time, turning to face Damien. This time deciding that it was good to give the Lycan some sort of attention, rather then just letting him sitting there.

"Mmmmrrrr." he groaned in response.

His head fell back on the mirror with a soft clunk, eyes sliding shut. Damien heaved a heavy sigh. Perhaps he should just go to sleep. He was tired, and bored, and he had a feeling that they would be spending the next millenia in here, so he had plenty of time...

The man yawned a little and settled back in his spot, slowly feeling himself drift out of consciousness, his body feeling heavier... almost...

"Ah!" he yelped as he was jabbed with something sharp.

Oh. Just a high heel.

He glared up at the man unamusedly. The shorts did show off his legs rather nicely... a sight that he rather appreciated... but that was besides the point.

"...I think..." he paused, trying to make his tired and bored brain do anything worthwhile. "I think..."

His speech trailed off into something unintelligible that sounded vaguely like "mmmnnnyuuuhhhh legs".

Raising an eyebrow, he waited for an answer from the half-awake male.

"I think...?"

As soon as he got his answer, Jason rolled his eyes, jabbing the other male sharply with his heel again.

"Useful." He kicked Damien this time, aiming for the thigh. "Whose legs? Yours, or mine?"

Crouching down, he pressed his index finger against the back of his knee, face split into a grin.

"Think carefully about the answer~"

Damien yelped again, jerking his leg safely out of the way. He rubbed his leg gingerly with a pout.

"Ow-" The man let out a very unmanly squeal as the heel collided again with his thigh. "Shit!"

He blinked up at him in a mixture of pain and confusion, trying to work out what the correct answer was. As Jace pressed a finger to the back of his knee, he squirmed, letting out a shaky whimper.

"Y-yours?"

Jason purred, pressing a kiss against Damien's temple, continuing to rub circles against the back of Damien's knee.

"Good boy~!"

Standing back up, he ruffled the brunets hair. Grin in place, he turned away to strip and put his clothes back on.

He tugged at them, suddenly finding them dirty and old - despite only buying them a few months back. His cheeks inflated in annoyance.

Turning back to Damien, he kicked him again.

"Pick up the one on the left and give them to the woman out side the changing rooms. They are the ones I don't like too much."

Grabbing the smallest pile, he exited the enclosed space, trotting off the pay for the items. Also leaving Damien with his bags, trusting him to pick them up.

Damien whined softly, shuddering a little under the touch. He let out a quiet whimper as the man pulled away, watching him change sulkily.

"That was m-ow!" he yelped, glaring up at him with a snarl. "Fine."

He picked up the clothes reluctantly, taking them to the shopping assistant before picking up the enormous pile of bags, staggering a little as he followed Jace over to the tills.

"Are you quite happy? Anything else you need me to do?" he growled, sarcastically. "Perhaps a cocktail? Pina colada?"

Flashing another flirty smile at the new cashier, he turned and dumped three more full bags into Damien's arms.

"A Martini, please."

Patting the back of Damien's knee, the threaded his finger though the belt holder of the Lycan's jeans.

"This way~!" He chirped, dragging Damien out of the shop. "There is one more shop I wanted to visit... Well it is not a shop."

He halted his brisk walk, turning to face Damien.

"Do you think I would suit a belly button piercing?"

He shamelessly lifted his shirt, exposing the skin underneath. Looking up, he waited for Damien's opinion.

He spluttered as he was covered in yet more bags, stumbling under the increased weight.

"I was being sarcastic." he grumbled, following Jace out of the shop.

Following him for a few yards, he halted, a tongue darting out over his lips as Jace lifted his shirt. Regaining a more professional attitude, he dropped the bags to inspect the man's stomach. His finger traced over Jace's navel, testing a place to position the piercing.

"Yes, I think it would. Although I could probably do it for you." he paused, stepping back to light a cigarette, eyes sliding closed in satisfaction. They had been in that shop for too long. He was gagging for nicotine.

His stomach jumped a little as Damien's finger ran over it. Resisting the urge the lead the hand lower, he pulled his shirt back down, smiling up at Damien.

"Really? I assume you did piercings before?"

Lifting a finger, he pressed the digit of it against the American's lip piercing.

"Did you do this one yourself?"

As he moved his hand back down, he plucked Damien's cigarette out of his mouth and dropped it on the floor, his nose wrinkling. He was never too keen on the smell - despite smoking it himself on occasion when it became extremely popular.

"And you can't start smoking while you are carrying mine, and your own, bags."
