It's fine. You couldn't win them all immediately over. He was fine having his hand in intact.

He gasped down gently as Poisson. 

"You're a mummy."

"Yeah, she's had a few litters in her time."

He'd had her for twenty-two years now, and had doted on her completely. Now she was old and still as sweet as ever. But once upon a time she had been young and more spritely, and they'd taken advantage of breeding her.

"Dai and Winkie were from her last litter, six years ago now."

Dick awed gentle.

"Fleck, we should see if Jack can have kittens."

He wasn't being series - they definitely couldn't afford it - but he still threw the suggestion out there still. He missed how adorably ugly she was as a tiny kitten.

"You get to pay for them all," Fleck replied immediately.

He wanted more cats, but he definitely couldn't afford them himself. Honestly he could barely afford the pets he did already have. Kittens were expensive.

"I would if I could," he said with a little sigh. 

A sudden smile stretched out on his face and he laughed to himself.

"We could name one blue and the other balls."

"You're never naming anyone ever again," Fleck decided.

Dick was shit at naming things when he was drunk. Not that he was much better. Though he was currently a lot less drunk than the two blonds buried under a pile of cats.

"Don't lie, they are fantastic names."

He leaned down to press a smooch of Poisson's head again.

"We would need to find her a Rose first. Oh, we can do a reenactment of Titanic when we bathe them!"

"They're really not."

They really weren't.

"We're gonna not do that." Fleck wasn't going to let that happen. He really wasn't. Poor cats didn't deserve that fate.

Dick looked over to Fleck, leaning his head on Sacha's shoulder.

"Near, far, wherever you are~!"

Dick had a pleasant, if untrained, voice. Unfortunately, he was tipsy and wasn't taking it seriously in the slightest.

Sacha clapped a half over Dick's mouth. Yeah, I'm with Fleck. We're gonna not do tha-AT!"

Sacha yelped and jumped.

He shifted Dai form him lap and pulled Dick's phone from his underwear.

He held it out to Dick.

A text from Giacinto.

You're a persistent fuck

Dick continued to sing behind his hand clamped on his mouth, until Sacha yelped. He turned his attention down to his crotch.

Taking his phone quickly from Sacha, he read the message.  His shoulders relaxed in relief. 


I'll take that as you're okay? x

The next message was a picture.

Giacinto was laying on her back, naked, with her arms tied aboe her head. Her head was tipped to the side, wild hair fanned around her. Her neck and chest was covered in blood.

Giacinto hadn't been the one to take the picture, that was obvious.

Perfect, baby doll. Absolutely perfect.

As soon as the photo came in, he groaned and turned his phone instantly off, rubbing his temples. He did not want to see that.

Here he was worry all afternoon and she had been doing what he initially thought... enjoying herself, to not be crude. 

He grumbled again when he opened his phone up and was greeted with the picture.

He sent her a photo of the group of cat's Sacha he accumulated rather than bothering to write back to that. 

"You were right Giacinto was... fine."

"Told you." Fleck arched a brow at Dick.

Really, what did he expect? Giacinto wasn't exactly a shocking individual. It was pretty easy to guess what she was doing.

"Done fretting?"

He gave that some thought. Now thinking on it, he was worried if whoever she was with was going to take advantage. Sure, she could hurl a few cars with ease and has had a fuck ton of life experience on her side, but still.


"Yes."

He gave his phone back to Sacha.

"Good."

Sacha accepted the phone again and returned it to its place in his underwear. Did it count as confiscated if Dick had handed it over?

Fleck tickled at Ange's belly and the cat stretched out, kneading at Fleck's stomach.

"Still, I can't believe the whole time I've been worried while she's been..."

He made a gesture, raising his arms in the air. Then huffed.
