Djehuti-Mes Empty
PostSubject: Djehuti-Mes   Djehuti-Mes EmptyTue Feb 18, 2014 10:40 am

Name: Djehuti-Mes
Nickname: Tik
Gender: Male
Species: Desert Elf

Physical Age: 32
Biological Age: 36

Height: 5'8
Birthday: December 28
Nationality: Egyptian
Sexual Orientation: Homosexual
Pets: None

Personality: Awkward and quiet, Tik appears incredibly intimidating to people that dont know him. The man attempts to initiate conversations but finds his ability lacking incredibly; either not being able to speak to new people or saying something completely inappropriate. He has a rather childish mindset at times; sulking when he's scolded and feeling the need for attention at times.

Powers: N/A

History: Djehuti-Mes was born into a small tribe of Desert Elves that had lived secluded in the deserts of Egypt for thousands of years. He grew up in that culture, learning the ways of the ancient Kemets as his tribe had lived for thousands of years.

At the age of eight he was separated from his tribe during a sand storm and was found by a pregnant Elven woman near a small village that she was visiting her family in. She took him in, caring for him; taking him with her when she returned to Luxor; her home city.

She taught Djehuti-Mes Arabic and English and cared for him like he was her own child, adopting him into their family.

The transition from his traditional tribe to the modern Westernized culture of the big city was a shock to the boy and he became more and more reclusive; preferring to stay by himself most of the time.

As he grew up and his baby brother Amr was born, the boy became protective over his brother.

Amr, with his interest in Western culture, quickly found a nickname for him. Working with the Western spelling of his name, Amr focused on the word 'time' in his name and linked that to clocks; giving him the English name Tik.

The name caught and people began calling him Tik rather than his hard to say real name.

Their mother died and their father remarried soon after.

Tik and Amr finished their schooling and gathered the money that they had made to travel together; travelling around Africa, then through Asia before finally moving onto Europe.

Other Information: Tik suffers from mild Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. During the times when he feels suddenly fatigued, he relies heavily on his brother to care for him.
