[C] An Angels Wrath

Miz didn't listen.

His tail tucked between his legs. His wings draped around his shoulders to try and protect himself. His head hung as the depression churned inside him.

But he would not listen to Uriel.

Uriel's lips curled back over his teeth.

Disobedience was one thing, but outright ignoring him was way beyond what Uriel would allow.

His hand snagged the boy's hair again, pulling him to stand.

If he was being ignored, then he'd force him to pay attention to him.

His sword materialised in his hand and he drew it over the already burned skin of the Demon's arm.

Miz flinched when Uriel drew his sword.

Let him do what he pleased.

He couldn't threaten Miz with pain. Nothing was worse than the torture he'd all ready endured.

The demon boy continued to try and ignore Uriel.

"The more you do this, the worse it'll be for you."

The sword sliced slowly through the layers of skin and muscle, the flaming metal searing the flesh as it cut through it.

The process was painfully slow.

He was going to make sure Mizraim couldn't focus on anything but the pain. It'd teach him to ignore him.

Miz couldn't help but scream out from the pain.

He tried to writhe away but Uriel's hold on him was too strong.

He squeezed his eyes shut while tears rolled down his face.

His entire body trembled, the pain was so intense that he thought he may faint.

The sword touched bone. Half way through his arm.

It sliced through the bone as easy as it had done the flesh.

Mizraim would learn not to ignore him now. If he did so again, he would earn a worse fate.

The arm dropped when his sword had finished slicing through it.

The boys eyes widened when he heard the thump that his own arm made when it fell to the ground.

He stared at it, laying there, no longer attached to his body.

The blood gushed from his arm, the pain was searing.

Miz's eyes rolled into the back of his head as he passed out from the shock.

"Pathetic creature," Uriel sneered when the Demon passed out.

His hand went slack and the Demon's body slumped to the ground. At least now the boy wouldn't think of doing anything stupid.

He now knew the price to pay for such stupid acts.

The Angel just stood, watching Mizraim silently. He wouldn't make a move to help him. Demon's couldn't die of bloodloss.

By the time Miz came back to consciousness, he had a pool of blood from where his arm had been severed. But being a demon, the wound would heal much faster than if he was human. It was still raw and tender, but skin tissue had all ready started to cover it, and within a few days it would be completely healed over.

He whimpered as he sat up, still in horror of all the recent events. When he saw the Angel was still before him, he looked up at the being in absolute fear.

Uriel's eyes narrowed when Miz finally came around.

"This will happen again if you continue to defy me."

He wasn't going to allow the boy to continue to disobey him. He needed to learn who was in charge.

"I will take something from you each time you defy me."

Some body part or another. Until the point the boy had nothing.

It was clear.

He had no choice.

He obeyed and suffered.

He disobeyed and suffered.

There was no escape.

Miz nodded his head in defeat.
