[O] Lovesick Pup

"You want a nap, too, Tuzik?"

Lyo ruffled the pup's deep red hair playfully.

His ruffling of hair soon turned into tickling the pup relentlessly, chuckling as he did so.

Tuzik gave a yelp as he was tickled, squirming to try and get away from the man's hands.

He was extremely ticklish under his arms and on his feet and Lyo had figured that out fairly quickly after summoning him.

"Alyosha nooooo."

He whined as he playfully trying to bat the man away with his paws.

"Tuzik no want nap, huh?"

Alyosha chuckled as he ceased the tickle torture.

He pressed a kiss to Tuzik's forehead. "Go get phone."

Tuzik gave his first bright smile in days as Alyosha kissed his forehead.

His Master meant so much to him and he was glad that the man was helping him with this.

Tuzik jumped off of the bed and went over to Lyo's desk, grasping his phone carefully between his teeth before carrying it over to him.

Lyo thanks Tuzik as the phone was dropped into his hand.

With just a handful of numbers in his phone, it was easy to find Silt's.

He leant back against the headboard as he held the phone to his ear and waited for Silt to pick up.

Tuzik scampered back onto the bed and curled up next to Alyosha, laying his head down on the man's stomach and nuzzling in against him with a happy whine.

The phone rang for a short while before it was finally answered.

"Hello?"

Silt picked up, panting softly, he had been playing out in the yard with Coilean, he had just brought the pup a Frisbee and they had been enjoying it quite a lot.

"Privet, Silt. It's Lyo."

Lyo's fingers teased through Tuzik's hair.

"Tuz has been missing Coilean a lot recently." Understatement. He'd been a mopey mess.

"Can we arrange for them to see each other again?"

"Oh hey Lyo."

He replied, moving to sit down to talk on the phone more comfortably.

"Sure, I bet Coilean would love that. We're just out in the yard at the moment, you're welcome to drop by if you want, we have a lot of space where they can run around."

Ever since he had planted all those trees their yard had been very private.

"I think he'd like that."

Lyo's nails scraped gently over Tuz's scalp.

"I'll get him ready then." He pulled Tuz close. "We'll be over in an hour. Maybe less." Lyo smirked. "Depends how long it takes to get Tuz in a shirt."

"Great, I'll shove some beers in the fridge and maybe grill up some meat for the lot of us."

It was late afternoon so having a barbecue and a drink sounded like a good idea.

Silt laughed and shook his head.

"Good luck with that then, getting Coilean in clothes is a nightmare."

Beside Lyo Tuzik grumbled happily, writhing as nails ran over his scalp.

"I can blackmail him into it. Should work quite quickly."

No shirt, no Coilean. That should make for a very easy time getting the Hound dressed. Well, hopefully.

"We'll see you soon."

He set the phone down and began scratching Tuzik's back and scalp.

"Go get shirt and we can go."

Tuzik whined and writhed happily as he was scratched, he absolutely loved having his head and back scratched and would lay around quietly all day if Lyo continued to do it.

Tuzik gave a whine as he was told to fetch his shirt, he really didn't like having to wear a shirt, the collars always sat too high on his neck, the material was scratchy on his skin and his arms always felt trapped.

He reluctantly got off the bed and pulled open his drawer, instead of a shirt he pulled out his black hoody, gripping it in his teeth as he put it in Lyo's lap, he could wear this one instead, he liked his hoody better.

Lyo grinned as he watched Tuzik slump off.

"Good boy." He pet Tuzik gently when the hoodie was set down on his lap. He'd allow him the hoodie. It wasn't like they were going out anywhere important.

The Necromancer shook out the jacket and held it open for the Hound to push his arms through the holes easily.

Tuzik smiled as he was stroked, glad that Alyosha wasn't going to be strict on wearing his shirt today.

When the jacket was shaken out he slipped his arms into the holes much more easily than he use to.

Doing simple things like getting dressed were becoming more manageable now that he had practiced.

His hands fiddled with the zipper for a moment before he turned around and looked up at Alyosha for help, there were still some more difficult things that he struggled with.

Lyo zipped up the hoodie, the reached up to ruffle Tuz's hair affectionately.

He was glad the pup hadn't caused a big argument with having to wear clothes.

Maybe in time Tuz would stop causing arguments when it came time to have a bath, too.

Maybe that was serious wishful thinking.

"Let's get going then."

Tuzik's tongue lulled out of his mouth as his hair was ruffled.

The hoodie was much better than a shirt, the fluffy material felt good against his skin and it's bagginess meant that he could still move easily.

Baths however, are still the devil.

When Lyo said the magic words Tuzik quickly gathered up his red squeaky bone and excitedly sat by the door, ready to go out and see Coilean.

The drive was quick and painless.

And pretty soon Alyosha was closing the front garden's gate behind him and padding up the path towards the front door.

"Excited?" he crooned to his pups before knocking on the door.

Tuzik did enjoy car rides, he sat in the front seat and whined until Lyo opened the window so he could stick his head out and enjoy the breeze.

When they arrived the hound bounded up the path, his body grazing the side of Lyo's leg as they moved to the door.

He leaned against his Master, giving a happy yip in response to the croon, rubbing his face affectionately against the man's side.

When he heard the knock at the door Silt was quick the answer, the demon already had a beer in hand and a grin spread across his lips as he greeted the two at the door.

"Come in guys, Coilean's in the yard."

He replied, nodding toward the open back doors.

Tuzik ran inside excitedly, giving a bark as he barrel through the house and out the back door.

"You want a beer?"

Silt asked Lyo, chuckling at the pup's excitement.

The backyard was overlooked by large glass doors and wrap around windows so you could watch the entire yard from inside, but they had a decent sized patio in the backyard where Silt had already set up the barbecue, Coilean hadn't eaten yet so it was a good a time as any to entertain new friends.

Alyosha scratched behind Tuzik's ear while they waited at the door.

Yes, it was definitely nice to see Tuzik excited like this again. He had seriously missed the pup's excitable personality.

The Rus shook his head slowly as Tuzik shot through the house. Hadn't even said hello to Silt or thanked the man for letting them over.

"Afternoon, Silt."

He clapped a hand on the demon's shoulder as he stepped into the house.

At the offer, he gave a little shake of his head. "I'm not a fan of hog piss."

"Got plenty of spirits if that's more you style."

He offered, with his circle of friends having a well stocked bar was a must have.

"Figured I'd cook up some dinner since I doubt they will stop playing any time soon."

He walked Lyo through the house and onto the back patio where they had a large but private back yard.

Once again the man shook his head.

Right now he fancied the feel of a good book in hand, not a bottle or glass. The thanked the demon anyhow. No need to be rude.

Lyo pitched a low whistle as they stepped out into the garden. Damn. Even his mother's garden back home wasn't this big. It was strange being in such a large space again. He'd been living in tiny, cramped apartments since he had moved out of his mother's place.

"Food sounds good." Alyosha was never one to turn down a good meal when it was offered to him.

Coilean was quite contentedly rolling in a patch of dirt that he'd been digging at all day.

Tuzik bounded toward the pup as he rolled around in the dirt, barking excitedly as he got close.

He gave his squeaky bone a loud squeak before placing it on the floor carefully and nudging it toward Coilean.

It was his favourite toy, the one he loved the most and he wanted to Lycan to have it, it was a present.

Sigil moved back to the grill and continued preparing the food.

Lyo dragged up a patio chair close enough to Silt so they could chat without fear of fat from the meat spitting at him as it cooked on the barbecue.

Coilean, hearing the barking, sat up, his eyes finding Tuzik immediately. His face brightened in excitement as he gave his own yap.

He bound forwards, bypassing the bone and pouncing on Tuzik, bowling the Hound over and nuzzling close to him.

Tuzik yelped as he was pounced on a balled over, he hadn't been expecting such an energy filled welcome.

Still, it made him feel good to know that Coilean was excited to see him.

He nuzzled the Lycan back, licking at his neck and face as he cuddled up against him.

"That's freaking adorable."

Silt muttered softly as he idly watched the pups play, Coilean and Tuzik had definitely grown into close friends really quickly.

"Much better than last time Tuzik met another puppy."

Meeting Pan had been an interesting experience; not entirely good, though.

It was good to see Tuzik playing nicely with another pup.

Coilean nipped playfully at Tuzik's ear, a soft playful growl rumbling in his chest.
